can not make mdb comparison

I have been using Beyond Compare for more than 10 years. This is the first time I have problem with mdb comparison.
I am trying to make comparison between Acces97.mdb files.

I am receiving error below.

Hello,

Have there been any changes to your install of Access recently? The .vbs file is using script to call to your local install of Access to perform the conversion. Are you able to open both files in Access? For each, can each export/Save As CSV using the graphical Access interface?
