Comparison issue

Hi All,

I'm a big fan of this software but its recently starting doing something thats getting annoying!

If I compare the contents of a folder against another, some files show up red as being different. If I click into these (text) files however, there are no differences, and when I close the files, the red has turned to black in the folder view.

It doesn't seem to matter how many times I refresh the folder view, it always tells me they are different until I drill into them???

Any ideas?
