Compare Folder vs Flat structure

I have 2 sets of files I want to compare. One is a list of files in a single folder. The other set of files are distributed in a number of folders in a hierarchy structure.

I want to compare files with the same name.

What is the quickest way to achieve this?

Hi Liam,

Load the two folders in BC3, then select "View > Ignore Folder Structure". This will match the files based on their names while ignoring folder structure.
