Automatic close/exit from app

I do constant mirror swaps.

Is there a way to automatically exit the program once the sync has taken place?

No, not from the graphical interface.

Alternatively, BC3 does support a scripting mode, which runs as an automated task from the command line. This window shows only the log, and commits the sync without any preview. This window can close on completion. Please note, that without a Preview or an Undo, it is suggested to test with test folders while learning the syntax.
