Wrong Context Menu Translation in German BC 3.3.9

I updated my BC 3 from 3.3.8 to 3.3.9. The Program is still in German, but the Context Menu is in English now. Tried to Disable and Enable Context Menu but dont worked.

I can confirm this. OS is Windows XP 32Bit and W8.1 64Bit.
