  • Newbie question - opening multiple files in folder compare

    Hi all,

I can't seem to figure out how to do this. If you do a folder compare, and double click on a text file with differences, it opens up a new tab showing the diffs. How can you do this with multiple files at once, ie: highlight all of the files and show diffs for all highlighted files in separate tabs? I tried selecting 'open' but it looks like it does some sort of three way compare.

    Thanks

    Taras

BC doesn't provide a way to open all selected files in separate tabs from the Folder Compare. However, if you double click on the first of the files to view the contents, you can use the "Search > Next Difference Files (Control+M)" command to cycle through the files with differences.

Great, I think that works nearly as well, thanks!
