    Hello

    First of all, i want to thank you guys for this great tool! A lifesaver indeed.

    I want to compare 2 folder structures, after one of the folder structures got refactored. Now most of the files and folder have a prefix, e.g. Snake/Snake.js has become OO_Snake/OO_Snake.js.

    Do you know of a way to ignore this "OO_" prefix in folder and filenames?

    Snake/
    Snake/Snake.js

    OO_Snake/
    OO_Snake/OO_Snake.js

    Hello,

    There is a BC3 Pro feature called Alignment Overrides, available in the Folder Compare's Session menu -> Session Settings, Misc tab. Here you can define an override such as:
    * = OO_*
