    Assume I opened a Folder compare with some different files currently displayed in each of halves.

    Now I want not just to delete the files but to wipe them INCLUDING their content.

    Other tools offer for that an overwriting with random data.

    Is this possible with BC as well?

    I would like to mark e.g. multiple files by marking them then right click to the context menu and choose "Wipe with random"

    If not: Could this be added to the next release?

    Hello,

    A secure delete is on our Customer Wishlist. Our wishlist is not currently scheduled development, but a place our developers go for ideas for future features and enhancements. I'll add your request to our entry.

    Our developers currently have a lot on their plate right now; it's not likely a secure delete will make it into the next release.

    If you are familiar with another program which can perform the secure delete from the command line, you can create a custom Open With in BC3 to trigger this other program. Here's one example:
