Filters gone wild. Show all not showing all.

For some reason show all is no longer showing all files. A large set of files is being excluded from show and are not being compared either. No changes in settings for months but just started occurring today. If I use Peek I can now see the files but they still are not being compared. No idea why these particular files are being excluded.

Suppress Filters will show the teal items as you found, and override Display Filters or Name Filters (both which look like they are set to show all). Please also double check your Session Settings, Other Filters tab. Are any filters set here?
