Sync within archives

I notice when I have Sync within archives option checked in the Folder Sync - Session Settings the software creates a folder with the extracted file inside the folder.

How can I set it so BC3 doesn't create this folder and simply extract the .rar content in the same folder where is .rar file is located?

Beyond Compare will only extract the contents of an archive file if the source archive file is set as the base folder. If your source base folder contains archive files, then it will create the archives when they are synced to the other side.
