    13046 False "Unable to move" error (List index out of bounds)

    My move of

    Size: 2.09 GB (2,246,265,703 bytes)
    Contains: 624 Files, 17 Folders

    within an NTFS drive suceeded, but gave the false error:

    Last error: Unable to move D:\AppData\For dropbox\OHT+THC V3 MP3_224\One Hundred Tandas: List index out of bounds (12)

    See attached (file filters hide the destination files).

    Note that the destination folder is a Dropbox folder.

    Win XP SP2.

    Hello,

    Is this error repeatable for you? I have tested with the Move command and a Dropbox folder and have not run into any errors. I notice your version of BC3 is out of date; I would recommend updating to the latest BC3 and Dropbox versions.

      I no longer have that fileset available.

      Surely "List index out of bounds (12)" is a BC internal error not e.g. an OS error, so should be traceable??

      I too usually don't get errors.

      > I notice your version of BC3 is out of date;

      Indeed. I've had a big increase in BC failures since the last update, and until I make progress on those, I'm holding off on the next.

        We've had a few other users report similar errors. We haven't repeated it in house yet, but we'll keep monitoring it in an attempt to repeat it.
