I hope this is already on the wishlist, more because it isn't possible to workaround with Copy to Folder, as Folder structure options are all inactive.
A possible solution can look like "Include hidden ..." option.

One more for the wishlist:
Add an additional Folder structure option "Keep full folder structure" (path without drive letter, network share, ... or full path deleting ':' and replacing '\' by ' ' or '_') in Copy/Move to Folder dialogs.

Both of these suggestions are on our Wishlist and Feature list, and I know some of our own staff strongly want some of these features. They are still in the initial design stages, but it is something we want to incorporate.
