    Sync File Timestamps?

Is there any way to sync file timestamps, when the files are otherwise the same? (I.e., I don't want to copy the files, just "touch" every file to put the timestamps in sync).

    Sure,

Select all the files, you want touched, right-click on them and choose Touch... from the context menu.
Specify the "Copy timestamps from the other side" action and click Start

        Touch all files in folders

Would there be a way to set an option to touch all the files in the folders by only selecting the folders? I don't really want to expand all of the folders then select the files I want to touch. --M

Select the folders, choose Touch and then enable the Including folder contents option.

            Up front..

            YES!

I know, this is a very, very old thread.
But I am happy it still existed and that it showed up when searching for 'synchronize file dates'.
Honestly I wasn't aware of this feature and so far I have taking care of such matters manually with ad hoc workarounds.
This really is a time saver!

Very late, but still: many thanks!
