Regex Alignment override - possible to align folder with file?

Is there any way to force align a folder with a file?

E.g.,
Left: a folder `aaaa`
Right: a file `aaaa.cloudf`

No. However, if the "folder" is an archive that is treated as a folder, you can use the Session menu -> Session Settings, Handling tab, to Treat Archives as Files Only, at which point they would both be files and could be aligned.
