Name Filtering include vs. excllude

So, I want to see ALL the file types (include *.*),
except I DON'T want to see any of the hundreds of *.ntf files (exclude *.ntf),
EXCEPT that I DO want to see this one: pleaselookatme.ntf

I don't see how to do that without having control over the order in which different includes and excludes are executed.

I imagined I could simply re-order them in the filter string, but that didn't seem to have any effect.

Hello,

Our file name filter logic does not currently support excluding all *.ntf except for a specific subset (filename.ntf). I would suggest using two filters: one of which which excludes all ntf, and another that shows only the filename.ntf to review them.
