  • Comparing folders with same content diff extension

I am trying to compare 2 folders containing files with the same name but different extensions using a script.
    Example: compare test\*.tst and result\*.res

When comparing interactively in BC 2.4 or newer, you can check "Ignore file extensions" in the Advanced tab of Session|Comparison Control to make files like these match up for comparison. It isn't possible to set this option with a scripting command. To use it in a script, you'll need to turn it on in a saved session, then load the saved session in your script.

      Chris,
Thanks for the help. I saved a session containing the settings you suggested, and loaded the session in my script file. Now I get the exact behavior I wanted.
