command ?

What is the format for timestamp ?

The form for timestamp depends on your regional settings. On a US English system it should be of the form: "01/01/2001 12:00pm".

The quotes are necessary if the timestamp has spaces in it.

<timestamp> is described in the entry for FILTER in the help file's scripting reference.

My server sets 4 hour earlier from what i insert as touch timestamp parameter
I solved this via adding 4 hours to my expected timestamp
