How can i prevent, that these unimportant differences (there was a TAB included) are marked in red?

If you've picked "rules-based comparison", then the file viewer "Tools" menu has entries for "pick rules" and "edit current rules". You can use these to modify what is unimportant text, and then use the "view" menu (or toolbar) to "ignore unimportant differences"
