  • Exclude directories of a specified name?

Very satisfied registered user of Beyond Compare 2.3.1 - congrats on an excellent piece of software.

I am a developer unfortunately having to use CVS. It stores its metadata in subdirectories called CVS; *every single directory* has one of these subdirectories.

So I need a way to tell BC to exclude every directory named "CVS". Seems this isn't possible? Has a later version added this feature?

    Thanks again
    Iain

Oops - found the answer myself.

      No Problem.

Just so anyone searching this knows: File/Folder Filters are available (the glasses icon on the far right side of the toolbar). Here you can desginate general folder exclusion (".svn" for example).

Also, all 2.x upgrades are free for 2.x users.
