Applying difference between A and B to X

I have three versions of the same set of files.
I want to get the changes that B has over A, and apply them to X.
    Does that make sense?
    Anyone able to help?

It isn't possible to do this in the current version of BC. The current version is limited to 2 way comparison, but version 3 of BC will have 3 way comparison to handle a situation like this.

Cool. Any projections as to when that will be available?

In the end I went through manually, which took a while but wasn't as bad as I'd thought.
Then someone pointed out a command-line linux-port thing (diff3) that could have done it.

We're working hard on version 3, but it is too early to set a release date for it yet.
