Rules-based comparison by default upon dir compare

First of all, I love this tool... it's worth far more than I paid for it.

Anyway, when doing a directory compare in v2.3.1, I'd like the rules-based comparison to run automatically after the compare is launched. Is there a way to do this in the current version?
