How can we use BC to compare files in VSS? (without Checking Out or Get Latest Version of course )

which says:

Visual SourceSafe does not support external difference utilities at this time. SourceOffsite and VersionMaster can both use Beyond Compare in combination with SourceSafe.

what is needed is a BC addin to use the VSS API to get each file out (latest or by label) and compare that to whats on the disk - that would be very cool

Thank you for the suggestion. Integration with version control systems like this is on our wish list for a future version of Beyond Compare.
