  • iPhone recognized as a device when using BC 2

I am trying to use BC 2 to compare photos on my iPhone 6 with what has been copied to my hard drive. Windows Explorer recognizes my iPhone but I can't seem to get BC 2 to do the same.

Is there an option to correct this, a plug-in, or what? Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Support for portable media devices (iPhone, Android, MP3 players) was added in BC 4. Using them in BC 2 would require finding software that lets you mount it as a drive letter.
