The sytem cannot find the file specified

Using v2.2.3 build 221. I've just tried to compare two directories with HTML files and keep getting the error:
"The sytem cannot find the file specified"
I use BC daily so this is a new problem. I've checked and none of the files I'm trying to open are Read Only but after I click the O.K. on the 2 identical error screens, at the bottom of the blank, side-by-side screens, it says Read Only.

It sounds like you have a Rules definition that specifies a conversion utility that can't be found. After OK'ing the error messages, select Tools | Edit Current Rules, and note the name of the Rules definition. Then select the Conversion tab and see what external Conversion program (if any) is referenced.

Let me know what you find.

Under Run External Program I find:
Html2Txt\Html2Txt.exe %s %t and the Read Only box is ticked.

        Where is Html2Txt.exe located?

        If it is at:
        c:\program files\beyond compare 2\Html2Txt.exe
that might be causing the problem.

        It should be at:
        c:\program files\beyond compare 2\Html2Txt\Html2Txt.exe

If that isn't the problem, let us know.
