Align manually

Can someone please explain how to align manually two files I am seeing side by side in the file viewer ?
When you right click, you get the "Align Manually" option, but I cant figure out how to use it. Basically, I want to shift some of the text on one of the sides up or down to fix the alignment.

Dont worry ... figured it out. I had searched the help and couldnt find anything on it ... then searched again ... and found it.
