Hello,

I am not familiar with one, but other users may be able to help.

Alternatively, you can create a custom File Format in the Tools menu -> File Formats dialog. If the EDI format is not plain text, you can call a command line automatically to perform an External Conversion on your files as Beyond Compare tries to compare/read them. Here is a sample guide:
