Beyond Compare and Code Collaborator on RedHat

I'm trying to integrated BC3 and Code Collaborator v5.0 running on RedHat 5.1.19.

On the CC client GUI (File-->Preferences-->External Diff Launcher) the two Beyond Compare integration command buttons (one for compare and one for merge) are disabled.

The bcompare script is in the path so I'm not sure why they are disabled.

Ideas?

I've never used Code Collaborator, but after looking at their web site, it appears it is a cross platform web-based tool. It's possible their external diff support only supports Beyond Compare on Windows.
