Replacing ClearCase merge diff tool

I don't know if I missed something, but cirrus was properly functioning as a direct replacement for the ClearCase merge diff tools, but the BC3 beta no longer does.

Do I need to use some sort of shim?

Yes, switch to calling BComp.exe instead of BCompare.exe.

I had that and it wasn't working. After some experimenting I found the problem. I installed to a different path and put the reference in the mgrs file as a root relative path (\folder\Beyond~1\BComp.exe). I changed it to a fully relative path (..\..\..\..\..\folder\Beyond~1\BComp.exe). I didn't expect ClearCase to be so picky.
