Changing rules through command line?

Hello,

I'm attempting to automate a process that uses Beyond Compare. I need to be able to change the rules for the program without opening the program and importing a rule set. Does anyone have any advice?

What exactly do you need to do? You can always use the GUI to set up named sessions each with a different set of rules you need to use. Once created, you can open the named sessions from within your script.
