Shedule a task to run a script containing folder comparisons in beyond compare

Hi:

I have written a script called

option confirm : yes-to-all
load "session name"
criteria size
select lt.diff.files lt.orphan.files
copy lt->rt

This would work perfectly fine when comparing files in the root directory specified in the session but this not compare the folders. can you please let me know how i should be able to update the script to compare the folders and sub folders as well?

Add the command expand all after the criteria size line.
