3.0.9 seg fault, text compare pane divider

My steps to recreate
- command line start; Text Compare on any two files - I used same text file twice
- Resize panes by moving pane divider
- Press RLUD arrow or page up/dn or Home/End key
seg fault

Yes, I can confirm this.

It is even sufficent that you only load one file at left or right pane,
and then use cursor-down.
