Folder size and file count

Is there a limit to the size of a folder and / or the number of files in a folder that Beyond Compare can handle? I have a 80GB folder with 3,00,000 files I need to migrate / compare / sync.

Three million files is probably too many files for BC to compare. We've successfully compared up to 300,000 files, and we've had users report BC failing on attempts to compare 2 million files.

For a comparison as large as you describe, you'll need to break it down into a comparison of subfolders.
