sftp symbolic links - how to follow ?

i can see the symbolic link

html (->/var/www/virtual/soup/html)

but try and open the folder and just get the text "/var/www/virtual/soup/html"

how can i get BC to actually follow the symbolic link ?

In the Session Settings dialog, Handling tab, we have a "Follow symbolic links" option.

Can i default my sessions to this ?

i now have another server, where its not following symlinks - any ideas ?
FlashFXP seems to have no probs with them - so i assuming its not the server

Yes, you can set it per session, or set the default on the Home screen, in the Saved Sessions list, in the New folder, select Folder Compare (or Sync), right click and Edit. Then set the option in the Handling tab.

and its now following my symbolic links - just needed a restart
- might be worth adding a notice about that,
ie - symbolic links, may not work without restart
