Prompt for import of FTP profiles repeats if you don't import any

Reproduce :

On starting BC4 for the first time, prompted to import FTP profiles from old settings

* De-select all FTP profiles listed
* Check the box to delete all existing profiles
* Continue

You will be prompted again on subsequent startups until you import some FTP profiles.

Specifically for BC4 Alpha testers, we put in a hack to convert from the older-style FTP profiles. The rule is that if BCFtpProfiles.xml exists and BCProfiles.xml doesn't, BC4 will prompt to import.

If you don't want to import them, you can delete the BCFtpProfiles.xml settings file and the prompts will stop.

This shouldn't affect anyone who started with the public beta.
