Enhancement - Scroll bars in Session Settings

Open the Session Settings dialog box. Each tab of settings should have scroll bars. By default settings went out of the viewable area under some of the tabs and the only way to see them is to drag the edge of the box to make it bigger. This isn't a big issue, but can be very annoying.

By design, we are trying to size the dialog to that the minimum size is always large enough to display all items. Thanks for the report.
