Generally speaking in Mac Apps, the window is draggable from anywhere on the chrome of the window thats not a button or other element - for instance open Finder and try to drag anywhere on the top area.

Beyond compare on the other hand is only draggable from the thin top bar. At the very least.

See the screenshot for areas I think I should be able to drag the window.
