Filters are not applied immediately

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch folder compare
2. Select one of the filters in filter bar
3. The filter is selected but not applied => bug - seems like filters are not working.
4. You need to press Enter key when focus is inside Filters combo box to apple the selected filter.

This is very counter intuitive. The BC3 for Win applies filter automatically when it is selected from list. I'm not sure it this particular issue is meant behind the "filters is work in progress" statement from "known issues" list so I put it here just in case it is not
