You can associate folders with your SCC-compatible source control application so that Beyond Compare can offer check out and check in services.
1.Choose Tools | Source Control Integration to open the dialog.
2.Use the control at the top of the dialog to browse to the folder you want to associate, and then click Add.
3.Select a folder and click Remove to remove it, or click Configure to adjust settings for that folder.
