alt tab problems
I have been using beyondcompare for some time and i love it. the most annoying problem I've found is getting the app to come up when I alt tab to it on just click on the icon. Seems to be related to a file being changed on disk and a dialog appearing, but not all the time.

What version of Windows are you running? What version of Beyond Compare?
To display your version of Beyond Compare, select "Help > About Beyond Compare" from the menu.

Which version of Windows?
BC 3.3.4 had a bug regarding this that was fixed in 3.3.5. If you just upgraded, it is likely fixed: http://www.scootersoftware.com/ChangeLog.txt
