How about a new Tab button in tab gutter

Was thinking that it would be very usefull to have a (+) tab that had the effect of the default behavior of the ctl-T keystroke. kind of like what Firefox and Chrome have for adding a tab.

Hello,

If you double click into the empty, grey area of the Tabs, it will create a new tab. You can also disable "Hide tab bar if single tab" so this is always available, in the Tools menu -> Options, Tabs section.
