Excel to CSV file missing

Hi,
I cannot find xls_to_csv_single.vbs file anywhere in my installation of Beyond Compare 3. I found this 3-year old thread, explanation in which is kind of ambiguous:

I followed the link, but the file is not there. Where can I get this file? I need it to automate scripted comparison generation.

Are you running the latest version of BC3? This file is installed as part of the normal setup process when running Setup.exe.

If you install the latest release from our website, do you find this (and other files) in your Beyond Compare 3\Helpers directory?
