Hello,

BC3 can browse and compare any folder that can be bound as a drive letter (c:\folder), accessed as a remote share/samba (\\computerName\folder\) or over FTP (ftp://user@ip/folder). BC3 Pro also supports SFTP and FTPS connections. Does your VPN solution allow you to share a folder in one of these ways?
