XML compare, sort attribute values before sort

I have two xml files that i have to compare but I want to sort the blocks by the attribute value before sorting.

I have attached an example xml

Any ideas?

Hello,

If you download and edit the xslt file included as the configuration for the XML Sorted and Tidied format, you can alter how it sorts and tidies your xml files. Our "Attributes sorted" sorting only sorts multiple attributes within the same node, not sorting the notes by the attribute, so I do not believe the other formats or configurations would be helpful in this scenario.
