Merging Excel xlsm files

Hi,

Is there a way to merge Excel .xlsm files with BC3?

(I can compare them, but don't seem to be able to merge them.)

Hello James,

BC3 currently only supports reading Excel files, and not writing. This is because of the conversion process we use; we call Excel to convert the files to plain text for comparing but do not have the ability to convert it back to Excel.

If you open your files in Excel and save them as a plain text format (such as CSV), then BC3 should be able to both compare and copy between your files.
