Default How do I convert file format using external program with a relative path?

I've created a new file format that uses an external program to convert for beyond compare 3. The conversion works fine if I use absolute paths in the conversion tab of the file format dialog. But, I'd like to use relative paths instead. I thought that it would just be relative to the beyond compare executable, but I'm getting an error saying "The system cannot find the file specified." Any ideas? I saw this post from a person having the same problem, but they were okay with the absolute path fix.

Hello,

You can use the relative path if your external conversion can be placed in our Helpers directory (which is where we install and store all external conversions). If it is placed in here, we will even attempt to "wrap" it up when you use the Tools menu -> Export option to export it.
