Default Suggestion: grammer element case help v labelling

The Grammar Element case-sensitivity checkbox on UI is labelled "Match character case" but in Help named "This element is case sensitive".

The Hlpe's name is much preferred here.

Actually, both of these options are shown on the "Grammar Item" dialog. "This element is case sensitive" can be found at the very bottom and affects how elements are compared. "Match character case" affects how the element is defined.
