Name Profiles
It would be nice to be able to name our FTP profiles.

The FTP Profiles are currently named using a combination of the username and ip address. Are you running into any issues where this isn't a good solution (such as: the FTP addresses are similarly named and very long)?Aaron P Scooter Software -
I guess the problem is I'm used to FTP clients that let me name the connection. And I always name it after the domain. But I guess I can try to remember the user names.Comment

I, too, would welcome being able to provide an alias to my FTP profiles. I often name FTP profiles based on what I use them for...which may be completely different than the domain, the url, the IP address, or the user info. Sometimes I want to create a second profile for a particular FTP site to test new settings without impacting my working profile. Being able to create two profiles for the same FTP site using a different alias for each profile would make this easier as well.BC v4.0.7 build 19761
