File Differences Report... and Data Viewer

I am wondering if there is a way to force the "File Differences Report.." to use the Data Viewer Plugin to create a report.

(I am comparing a baseline csv to a new csv file. The 3rd columns match in each file and the 4th or 5th columns contain data that may be different. Each file has approx 150-200 lines; and I need to compare approx 1000 files.)

It isn't possible to generate a File Differences report on multiple files using the Data Viewer plug-in. With the current version of BC you can either use file viewer to generate a file differences report on all of the files at once, or use the Data Viewer to generate a .csv differences report manually for each pair of files.
