New add-on rule: MS Excel

This add-on rule uses Excel to create comma-separated text from XLS workbooks so that BC2 can compare them.

The MS Excel add-on rule has been updated to combine all sheets of an XLS workbook into one CSV file. The sheets are separated by blank lines.

This worked great on my Windows 2000 computer at work, but when I tried it at home the file viewer appeared to hang. I solved this problem on my own: I ran the xls2csv conversion scipt from the Command Prompt and found that Norton Antivirus was blocking the script from running. Once I told Norton Antivirus that it was an authorized script, everything ran OK, even from within Beyond Compare.
