為什麼框框的字元都顯示不出來?

為什麼框框的字元"═"都會顯示成空心的方塊, 但編輯時又會變會正確的?

I tried to find solution in "Tools | Options" and "File Comparison Rules" but I can't find any.

OS: Windows 98SE Traditional Chinese
BC2 vesion: 2.2.3 Build 221

Is this a limitation of BC? This has been existing from the begining.
